How can I contact Monidaa?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we strive for the fastest possible processing of orders, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund once it has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments, Klarna, and iDeal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing your order during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders will be delivered within 5-12 business days.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 20 business days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the received item(s) are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Contact us if you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and any references related to your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request to the issuing bank. Contact your bank or credit card company for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received a credit after returning your item, follow these steps: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
